I support leaders to reach peak performance, with peace of mind and sustained long-term fulfilment through holistic, heart-centred coaching, new habit formation and mental fitness training. My primary focus is working with C-suite, managers and individual contributors in technology companies.
In my 1-to-1 work, I see my role as a coach as one of partnership, where we work together on what is most important to you. I bring a calm presence and a capacity to hold whatever you want to bring, with safety, lightness and humour.
People describe me as intelligent, straightforward, calm and grounded. From there, I am willing to take risks and challenge you: challenge you to dream bigger, challenge you to get out of your comfort zone, and challenge you in the way you see the world.
A key step in dealing with these issues is getting clear on what you really want - your goals, aspirations, and dreams. Not just the tangible “out there” things (job, money, possessions, relationships), but also the “in here” things such as feelings of peace and fulfilment. We will work on this alongside your immediate challenges.
Mental fitness is your ability to respond to life's challenges with positive rather than negative mindset and emotions. There are three mental muscles you can build, and the more you do, the more your performance, relationships and peace of mind improve.
